Spumante Chardonnay Brut

An immediately appealing sparkling wine, brimming with apple and lemon aromas, but also delicate yeasty and freshly baked white-bread notes. The NV Brut is 100% Chardonnay, disgorged in 2022 and with lot number L22126/24U. Pale lemon-gold in color, it bursts with eager-to-please notes of apple pie, almond croissant, and pear tart followed by suggestions of honeycomb, dried persimmons, and chamomile tea. The palate is rich and fruity, with fine bubbles and loads of spicy apple and pear layers supported by a racy line, finishing on a lingering honeyed note. (12/2023)

A refined and expressive sparkler in an aperitif style, this is bright and buoyant on the palate, with the fine, lacy mousse carrying a mouthwatering range of pineapple, mandarin orange peel and white cherry fruit, accented by ground ginger, white blossoms and fleur de sel.
