What a great German chardonnay. Almost perfect balance of restrained ripeness, chalky minerality and super-elegant acidity on the extremely precise, medium-bodied palate. Terrific concentration and finesse at the super-long finish. And it has just 12.5% alcohol. Great aging potential. Drink or hold.
