The 2022 Pinot Noir Estate of Mind is understated in the glass—rosy and fresh with hints of underbrush and dried strawberries. It's lifted and finessed with soothingly round textures and ripe fruits, all offset by a tactile tinge of minerality toward the close. It finishes with medium length and a pleasantly chewy sensation, leaving notes of licorice to linger.
