The 2022 Fonréaud has an excellent, well-defined bouquet with pure blackcurrant, bilberry and violet touches. The oak is very well integrated here. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh and tensile, with sapid black fruit tones. It gains weight toward the finish with a citrus-fresh aftertaste. This Listrac should drink well for 15 to 20 years.

This wine is the result of an impressive effort from this property and its well-maintained 43-hectare vineyard in the outreaches of Listrac.
