2022 Château Doisy Vedrines | 0,375l

The 2022 Doisy-Vedrines is wonderfully floral and delicate in the glass. Dried pear, spice, chamomile and mint all grace this exquisite Barsac. I very much like the energy here. (05/2023)

A blend of 90% Semillon, 8% Sauvignon Blanc, and 2% Muscadelle, the 2022 Doisy-Vedrines has 162 g/L of residual sugar. It is pale lemon-straw in color and it is very spicy on the nose, with scents of ginger ale, allspice, and anise springing from the glass, followed by hints of juicy apricots and pears, plus a touch of cedar. The palate is rich, decadently sweet, and unctuous, with a lively backbone and great length. (04/2024)
