The 2022 Clos Lunelles was cropped at 35hL/ha between 29 September and 1 October, then aged in 50% new oak. This is plush on the nose with blackcurrant pastilles, crushed blueberry, vanilla and a touch of truffle, very pure in style. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, well-balanced and focused. The 14.63% alcohol is disguised well with a much fresher finish than the preceding Monbousquet.
