"The True Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Outpost is made from 100% Cabernet grown in their high-elevation estate vineyard on Howell Mountain. Aged 19 months in 90% new French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is almost impossible to put the glass down as waves of blue fruit aromatics and kirsch entice on the nose, giving way to black pepper, cedar wood and sage.
