From the nose you could easily mistake this Mosel pinot noir for an excellent village wine from Burgundy, thanks to the dry forest floor and delicate spice character. Then comes the combination of this with red berry fruit and pronounced slatey acidity. That freshness is what makes this sleek, medium-bodied wine so exciting, making the flavors twist and turn as it snakes its way over your palate in the finish. Drink or hold.
