Tierra Roja is a beautiful site, just under Dalle Valle. It looks across Silverado Trail at Rudd, St. Eden, Gargiulo, etc. Our friend and the owner, Linda Neil, came to Benoit at the end of 2019 and offered her entire 5+ acre ranch to us. She makes about 300cs of her own wine called Tierra Roja (Benoit will start making it as well), but we will also make a Fait-Main Tierra Roja Vineyard Cab. For us, we are very excited to offer another Oakville AVA wine in a great location, something on the east side of the valley, and to be the only winemaker in the vineyard. Linda used to have a large farming company here in the valley, so it’s been a very fun relationship for Benoit. We look forward to sharing it with you all in August!!
