Vibrant red plums, cassis, blueberries and wet stones with some roasted spices. Fruity and brambly on the fluid, medium-bodied palate imbued with juicy berries. Elegant, fresh and nuanced. Linear and lengthy, but quite soft-spoken. Needs time to talk to you. Best after 2025.

It is a tad subdued on the nose, offering broody notes of damp soil and bay leaves, before scents of redcurrant jelly and Morello cherry emerge.
