Stunning nose of sour cherries with touches of licorice and cooked red beets. Very structured on the compact medium- to full-bodied palate, but the tannins have been beautifully crafted, giving this great drive without dominating at any point on the very long, velvety finish. From a monopol site in an ex-limestone quarry that is planted entirely with Burgundian clones. From organically grown grapes. Unfiltered. Drink or hold.
