A mind-blowing Ribeira Sacra red with pure fruit. Grapefruit, flowers, iron and chalk. Mineral, with subtle white pepper and blueberries. Really expressive, yet not sassy. Restrained and pure with plenty of fruit, but there is nothing too fleshy or sumptuous about the fruit. Complex, nuanced and full of nerve. So harmonious.
