The medium to deep ruby-purple colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon features blackcurrant, blackcurrant bud, underbrush, bay leaf and cedar with black cherries, cardamom and a mineral notion. Full-bodied, it offers dense black fruits, very firm, chewy tannins and good freshness to lift, finishing with some oak spice poking through. 1,200 cases produced.
