The 2015 Pinot Noir Passion is beautifully Burgundian on the beautifully aromatic, fruity-elegant and floral nose. On the palate, it is lean but intense and linear, with good grip and tension. This is a digestible and gastronomic wine that is a great pleasure to drink. Tasted at the domaine in Malans in November 2018.
