Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Best Barrels has quite a serious, classically styled nose of cassis, warm plums and cedar chest with suggestions of pencil lead, bay leaves, lavender and violets. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers great purity and plenty of exuberant black and blue fruit layers with a plush yet firm frame and fantastic freshness on the finish. 250 cases produced.
